O1 Orchard Sprayer

The O1 Orchard Sprayer improves efficiency and precision in modern orchard management.

The O1 Orchard Tower Sprayer features:

• Tangential fan technology creates a perfectly even ‘curtain’ of air from top to bottom. This lets you match the spray precisely to the canopy, so it lands exactly where needed and no further.
• A versatile boom system lets you configure the fans to suit the target canopy. In just a few minutes, adjust from a narrow or wide vertical position, or angle it for V-trellis or Xmas tree formations.
• The pivoting tower system lets you lower the entire tower hydraulically. That makes road transport and shed storage easier, with safe, simple access for changing nozzles, cleaning, and maintaining the fans.
• The drive system is 100% hydraulic, including the delivery pump and tangential fans. This removes the need for a PTO shaft, improving both operator safety and connection speed.
• Custom fibreglass tanks come in 2300lt and 3000lt capacities. Each includes a built-in 200lt fresh water tank for system flushing and handwash.
• A nosecone hood protects the pump, valves, flow meter, electrics and electronics from the elements and spray. This improves reliability and makes service access easier.
• The O1 uses a simple, easy-to-use Arag auto rate control system, including a GPS speed sensor for accuracy and reliability. This makes it a true orchard sprayer for commercial application.
• Optional features include:
  • Minimise drift with a new fan speed control system. It lets the operator adjust left and right fan speeds independently for wind, then ‘flip’ the system on the way back.
  • Maximise stability and operator ride comfort, and minimise compaction, with the new track system in place of wheels.
  • The Isobus control system connects seamlessly with any Isobus-equipped tractor. It allows remote monitoring, GPS ‘proof of placement’ data, and integration with tractor management systems.
  • An independent hydraulic powerpack system lets tractors with low flow or pressure run the sprayer at full capacity.
  • A pivoting tow hitch improves turning and lets the sprayer track precisely behind the tractor while turning.
