NB MACHINERY Perfect Mulcher Series

The NB Machinery Perfect Mulcher Series delivers reliability and performance for demanding mulching tasks. It is built to handle the workload of large-scale vineyard operations. It processes pruning material up to 12–15cm in diameter. Therefore, it makes short work of thicker canes and old wood as well as everyday prunings.

As standard, the Perfect comes with heavy-duty skids, chains and flaps. The skids let the mulcher follow the natural contour of the ground while protecting the housing underneath from damage. As a result, it keeps working cleanly across uneven rows. The chains and flaps act as a containment guard around the cutting chamber. They help keep debris contained during operation without restricting airflow to the rotor.

Pruning rakes are spaced every 100mm across the width of the machine. This gathers loose material and feeds it evenly into the cutting chamber. That consistent spacing helps the Perfect maintain an even mulch across the row. It prevents patches of unprocessed material being left behind.

By breaking down prunings into fine mulch and returning them to the vineyard floor, the Perfect helps growers cut down on removal costs. It also helps speed up organic matter breakdown and reduce fire risk from leftover windrows. It is built to stand up to a full pruning season, year after year.
